Stella has always called St Albans home and truly loves living here.  She is proud to have three grown-up children who also live locally. With a background as an executive director in the NHS, Stella’s dedication to health and well-being inspired her to start her own fitness company.

Her passion for making a difference led Stella to local politics, where she worked to ensure her community had a strong voice. After reaching her own goals, she turned her focus to helping others achieve theirs.

From 2018 to 2022, Stella proudly represented the residents of Park Street and Bricket Wood East Ward on the District Council.

In 2022, she was honoured to be elected to represent residents in the St Stephen’s Division at Hertfordshire County Council.

Stella is standing again to make sure you continue to receive the services you deserve from a well-organized and effective Conservative Council.  She is committed to ensuring safe and clean streets, excellent schools and libraries, and compassionate care for the young, the elderly, and those in need. Together, we can keep our town a place to be proud of. With her experience as a Councillor, Stella has proven her ability to deliver real results.

We all agree, the decision to build the rail freight terminal was the wrong one. Now construction has started, Stella will continue to hold SEGRO's feet to the fire and get the best deal for residents.

Stella will remain an active and approachable Councillor, always ready to listen to you and address your priorities. She is dedicated to advocating for your needs and making sure the essentials are always taken care of.
